Each product that is available to purchase has a price next to the product listing. Select the item/s you love and click 'add to basket'. Once complete click on the basket symbol where your items will be listed and the delivery charges automatically calculated for you. Review the items in your basket and when you're happy with your purchases, click on checkout to proceed to payment.
Payment is processed through Wix or Paypal's secure automated service. You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay for your purchases, payment by card is available as an option on the Paypal screen. There are no charges to you for this service.
Personalisation options where available, are detailed in the product descriptions for each item. Please select the personalisation drop down box at each applicable item and then add the details you require in the following box. Personalisation information should be detailed before adding the item to your basket.
Please double check the personalisation you enter for any items ordered, as these details will be replicated exactly as documented. Refunds will not be given where there has been a mistake entered by the customer during ordering.
Ready To Post Items
A small selection of ready made items may be available to purchase from the Ready To Post page of the website. Any items that are pre-made and ready for delivery will be clearly labelled in the item descriptions. Dispatch of ready made items is between 1-3 working days after purchase.
All Other Items
The majority of products shown on the website are handmade to order and as such standard orders may take up to 10 working days before dispatch. However I always aim to create and dispatch standard items within 1 week. I would inform you of any expected days over and above these timescales at the point of ordering, should we be experiencing a period of high demand.
UK delivery for standard orders is via Royal Mail second class', with an estimated delivery of within 3 - 4 days from postage but delays may be occurred due to Covid impacts.
Postage costs are as follows for delivery within the UK:
Postage weight up to 750g: £2.75 (e.g. 1 hoop or up to 3 flat baubles)
Postage weight up to 1kg: £5.00 (e.g. 1 Frame and 2 mobiles/hoops)
Postage weight up to 2kg: £5.50 (e.g. 2 Frames)
Delivery timescales are outside of Pink Puffin Kid's control. Quoted timescales are estimated based on the carriers information, but may be longer.
Postage costs are inclusive of the packaging I provide to try and keep the products, particularly the glass frames, safe as they travel.
International delivery is not available at this time.
I really hope that you love your products and they are delivered safely. Should there be any problems with delivery or you are not satisfied with your items please contact me via email/contacts page within 3 days of receiving your order.
My products are bespoke and often personalised, and as such returns cannot be given where you have changed your mind.
Cancellation of orders can only be accepted with a full refund within 5 days following submission of your order. After this time I will have paid for materials for your order and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Where agreed, refunds will be provided minus the delivery charges and any returns will be at your own delivery cost.
5: Item Care
As products are all handmade extra care must be taken to ensure their longevity.
Please keep items out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources, the glue used may fail, the colours may fade and items are flammable.
All of my products are indended for decoration purposes only and are NOT toys. Please keep all items, including mobiles out of the reach of small children.
Please note Night Lights and Baubles are not supplied with batteries.
